Role of the organizer
We curate and coordinate travel experiences. Airlines, hotels, ground operators, and activity providers are independent suppliers responsible for their own services, and their terms apply to your booking with them.
Affiliate and partner disclosure
Some travel links are affiliate or partner arrangements that may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. These are disclosed where they appear.
Documentation
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, and evacuation coverage is strongly recommended and may be required for certain programs.
Assumption of risk
Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, delay, loss, and disruption. By participating you accept these risks as described in the Event Waiver.
Pricing and changes
Prices are based on current rates, taxes, and exchange rates and may change until paid in full. Supplier-imposed increases may be passed through with notice.
