Group lead responsibilities
The group lead is the point of contact for rosters, payments, communications, and accommodation requests, and confirms that participants have received these terms.
Minimums and pricing
Group pricing assumes the stated minimum headcount. Falling below the minimum may adjust the per-person rate or trigger cancellation with a full refund of amounts paid.
Rooming and substitutions
Rooming lists and name changes are accepted until the supplier deadline; later changes may incur supplier fees.
Conduct and safety
The group lead supports enforcement of the Community Standards on site and communicates any safety or accessibility needs in advance.
