Booking and payment
A deposit reserves your place. The balance is due by the published deadline; unpaid balances may release your space without refund of the deposit.
Inclusions
What is and is not included — lodging, meals, sessions, transfers, activities — is listed on the retreat page. Flights are excluded unless expressly stated.
Health and suitability
Retreats may include physical activity. Disclose relevant health conditions, dietary needs, and accessibility needs at booking so we can plan. We are not a medical or therapeutic provider.
Conduct and removal
Participants follow the Community Standards. We may remove a participant whose conduct endangers others; return travel is at the participant's expense and no refund is due.
Changes
Itineraries may change for weather, safety, supplier, or group needs. We substitute comparable value where possible.
Changes to this document
We may update this document as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes are published with a new version number, an updated effective date, and a summary of changes in the version history below.
Continued use of our websites, products, services, experiences, or communities after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the current version.
