Digital products
Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where the product is defective or materially not as described.
Services and consulting
Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded on a pro rata basis when an engagement ends early other than for cause.
Events, retreats, and travel
Refund eligibility follows the tiered schedule in the Cancellation Policy and Travel Terms. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable.
Memberships and subscriptions
Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law or the renewal was charged in error.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, less non-recoverable processor fees where permitted.
