On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own internal or professional purposes.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, sharing of login credentials, or public redistribution
- No use as training content for a competing program without a written license
- No ingestion into AI systems for training, fine-tuning, embeddings, or dataset creation
- No removal of attribution, watermarks, or copyright notices
Updates and availability
Access to updates and hosted materials continues while the product remains available. We provide at least 30 days' notice before retiring hosted content so you can download your materials.
Termination
License breach ends the license immediately and may result in loss of access without refund.
