Processing

Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant third-party processors over encrypted connections. We do not store full payment card numbers, security codes, or magnetic stripe data on our systems; payment methods are represented by tokens supplied by the processor.

Currency, taxes, and fees

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless noted. Bank, card, and currency conversion fees charged by your provider are your responsibility.

Deposits and payment plans

Deposits secure a date or seat and are applied to the balance. Payment plan installments are charged on the published schedule; a failed installment may pause access until resolved.

Late payment

Overdue invoices may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, and services may be paused until the account is current.

Fraud prevention and chargebacks

Transactions are screened for fraud. If you dispute a charge, we will provide the processor with transaction records, delivery evidence, and applicable policy terms. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
