Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for the same term until cancelled. We send a renewal reminder before annual renewals.
Trials
Free or discounted trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Trial terms are disclosed at signup.
Price changes
Price changes take effect on the next renewal after at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation is effective for future renewals only.
Failed payments
We retry failed payments and notify you. Access may be paused after repeated failures and restored when the balance clears.
Changes to this document
We may update this document as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes are published with a new version number, an updated effective date, and a summary of changes in the version history below.
