Enrollment
Membership begins when your first payment is processed or your complimentary access is activated. Membership is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Benefits
Benefits are described at enrollment and may evolve. We will not materially reduce a paid benefit tier during a paid term without offering a credit or refund option.
Billing and renewal
Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled, as described in the Subscription Policy. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
Conduct
Members follow the Community Standards. Membership may be suspended or terminated for violations, without refund for the remaining term in serious cases.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period unless a refund applies under the Refund Policy.
Changes to this document
We may update this document as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes are published with a new version number, an updated effective date, and a summary of changes in the version history below.
Continued use of our websites, products, services, experiences, or communities after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the current version.
