Agreement to terms
These Master Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Ms. Carrie J Connected Ecosystem ("we", "us", the "Company"), covering every brand, website, service, experience, event, membership, nonprofit initiative, consulting engagement, travel program, SaaS platform, and digital product we operate.
By accessing our sites or using any of our services you agree to these Terms and to any supplemental policy referenced here, including the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Supplemental terms
Individual offerings may add their own terms. Where a supplemental policy conflicts with these Terms, the supplemental policy controls for that offering only.
- Consulting, speaking, and partner engagements are also governed by their signed agreements
- Travel, retreats, and group experiences are governed by the Travel Terms and Event Waiver
- Memberships and communities are governed by the Membership Terms and Community Standards
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services or create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for all activity under your credentials.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Fees, billing, and taxes
Fees, deposits, payment plans, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase and are governed by the Payment Terms, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Subscription Policy.
You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.
Intellectual property
All content, methodologies, frameworks, curricula, software, and brand assets remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated in writing.
Use of our content for artificial intelligence training, model fine-tuning, dataset creation, or automated harvesting is prohibited and separately addressed in the AI Intellectual Property Protection Policy.
Disclaimers
Our services, content, and programs are provided for informational, educational, and professional development purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Except where prohibited by law, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that creates risk for other participants.
Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
