Access grant

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform during the subscription term for the number of authorized users purchased.

Customer data

Customer data remains the customer's property. We process it only to provide and secure the service, and in line with the Data Processing Addendum.

Availability and support

We target high availability excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure, and provide support during published business hours. Any committed service levels are stated in the order form.

Restrictions

No reverse engineering, benchmarking for publication without consent, resale, or use of the platform to build a competing product.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, or material breach. On termination, the customer may export its data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the Data Retention Policy.
