Engagement details
The event date, format, session length, audience, venue or platform, and technical requirements are confirmed in writing before the engagement is booked.
Fees, travel, and accommodations
The speaking fee, deposit, travel, lodging, and ground transportation arrangements are stated in the booking confirmation. A deposit secures the date.
Recording and distribution
Recording requires advance written permission. Where granted, the recording may be used for the stated internal or promotional purpose only; broader distribution requires a separate license.
Content ownership
Presentation materials, frameworks, slides, and handouts remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for AI training.
Cancellation and force majeure
Cancellation terms, rescheduling windows, and deposit treatment follow the Cancellation Policy. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control; the parties will make good-faith efforts to reschedule.
Accessibility
Organizers are responsible for an accessible venue, platform, and captioning. We will support accommodation requests where we are able.
Changes to this document
We may update this document as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes are published with a new version number, an updated effective date, and a summary of changes in the version history below.
Continued use of our websites, products, services, experiences, or communities after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the current version.
