Registration

Registration is personal and non-transferable unless we approve a substitution in writing. Accurate registration details are required for access and safety planning.

Conduct

Participants follow the Community Standards. We may remove anyone whose conduct threatens the safety, dignity, or experience of others, without refund.

Media

Events may be photographed or recorded. Participation constitutes consent as described in the Photography & Media Release; contact us in advance to opt out.

Changes

We may adjust program, speakers, venue, or format. Material changes are communicated as early as practicable and may qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy.

Accessibility

Accessibility requests should be submitted at registration or at least ten business days before the event so we can arrange accommodations.
