Data minimization
Only the minimum data necessary for a task is submitted to an AI system. Identifiers are removed or pseudonymized whenever the task allows.
Prohibited inputs
- Payment card numbers, government identifiers, and account credentials
- Health information and other special category data unless a specific approved workflow exists
- Client confidential material covered by an NDA, unless the agreement expressly permits AI assistance
Provider commitments
We prefer providers that contractually do not train foundation models on our inputs, offer zero or short retention, and support regional processing.
Retention and audit
Prompts and outputs retained for quality review follow the Data Retention Policy. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is logged.
