Retention schedule
- Inquiries and applications: 24 months from last contact
- Booking and engagement records: 7 years for tax and contract purposes
- Financial and invoice records: 7 years
- Consent and messaging opt-in records: 4 years after the relationship ends
- Analytics events: 24 months, in aggregate or de-identified form thereafter
- Security and authorization logs: 12 months, longer where an investigation is open
- Acknowledgement records for policies: for the life of the relationship plus 7 years
Deletion
At the end of the retention period, records are deleted or de-identified. Backups age out on their own cycle and are not restored to recover deleted records.
Legal holds
Retention is extended where required by law, regulation, audit, or an actual or anticipated legal proceeding.
Vendor alignment
Service providers are contractually required to apply equivalent retention limits and to delete or return data on termination.
