A2P Messaging Policy

Consent and opt-in

We send messages only to recipients who have provided express written consent through a form, checkout, or documented verbal confirmation. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and it is not shared or sold to third parties for their marketing.

Message purpose and frequency

Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, program updates, and, where separately opted in, promotional messages. Frequency varies by program and is disclosed at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; we send a single confirmation and then cease messaging for that program. Reply HELP for assistance and contact details. Standard carrier keywords are supported.

Carrier compliance

Campaigns are registered with the appropriate messaging provider and carrier registry, use approved sender identities, and follow CTIA and carrier content guidelines. Prohibited content categories are not sent.

Providers

Messages are delivered through vetted messaging providers acting as our service providers under confidentiality and limited-use terms.

Record retention

We retain proof of consent, opt-out requests, and message logs for the period required by applicable law and carrier rules, then delete them per the Data Retention Policy.

Changes to this document

We may update this document as our services, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes are published with a new version number, an updated effective date, and a summary of changes in the version history below.

Continued use of our websites, products, services, experiences, or communities after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the current version.
