Engagement
Vendors are engaged under a purchase order or written agreement identifying deliverables, service levels, fees, and term.
Compliance obligations
- Meet the Vendor Security Standards and any applicable data processing addendum
- Maintain required insurance, licenses, and permits
- Comply with applicable privacy, accessibility, and anti-corruption laws
- Notify us of security incidents affecting our data without undue delay
Subcontractors
Subcontracting requires prior written approval, and the vendor remains responsible for subcontractor performance.
Invoicing
Invoices reference the purchase order and are paid net 30 following acceptance of conforming deliverables.
