Scope

This policy applies to our team, contractors, volunteers, and partners who handle client, participant, donor, or partner information.

Handling standards

  • Access is limited to those with a business need
  • Information is stored in approved systems with encryption and access logging
  • Client identities and engagement details are not used in marketing without written consent
  • Session notes and recordings are stored only with prior consent and deleted on the published schedule

Breach response

Suspected disclosure is reported immediately to the policy owner and handled under the Incident Response Summary.
