Increased participation
Journeys designed so a first visit has an obvious, welcoming next step.
About Ms. Carrie J
Ms. Carrie J is a Community Experience Designer and Ecosystem Architect who helps organizations build experiences where people feel connected to the mission, to one another, and to meaningful opportunity.
An Army veteran, technology innovator, author, and speaker, she has spent her career building mission-centered initiatives — and the people, process, and technology underneath them. Everything still returns to one idea: people, purpose, and opportunity, connected on purpose.
The wider ecosystem — the book, the podcast, the community, the platform — exists to support the same outcome the Design Sprint delivers: people connected to purpose and opportunity.
