Submitting a notice
A valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to infringe and its location; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and notify the affected user where we can.
Counter-notice
An affected user may submit a counter-notice with identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated in appropriate circumstances.
Changes to this document
